Do Christmas bundles include shipping?
It’s free to add an Xmas bundle to your next order. If you’d rather get your dog’s pressie sent out separately, it’s $8 shipping.
Do I need to be a Scratch customer to buy a Christmas bundle?
No! Anyone can snag a Christmas bundle. While customers can pop them into their order via their account page, we’ll have them available to non-Scratch-subscribers (coming soon).
What bundles include the special Christmas box?
The Foodie and Spoilt Child packs both include the Xmas box to pop under the tree.
The Food Coma Pack is a bit too jam-packed to fit everything into, so doesn’t include the special Christmas box
Can I swap out certain treats if my dog doesn’t eat them?
No, sorry. We’re not able to swap out individual treats.
How should I store my treats?
Keep treats in an air-tight container, in a cool dark place, always away from direct sunlight.
How long will my treats last?
Kept in the right conditions, your treats will last 12+ months. If old mate doesn’t finish them by Boxing Day, that is.
What’s the right size for my dog?
Technically, all of our treats suit all kinds of dogs. If you’ve got a really tiny dog, or a dog with no teeth, you’ll probably want to avoid our tougher treats like Beef Jerky, Salmon Bellies and Lamb Crunch.
Dogs with ultra-sensitive tummies (or prone to pancreatitis) should limit their consumption of really rich treats, like Salmon Bellies.
Can I buy a Christmas bundle for my puppy?
For sure. All treats are suitable for puppies.
How many treats can I feed a day?
It’s best to limit Salmon Bellies & Beef Jerky to once-a-day. 4 or 5 Turkey Bites can be fed whole, or tear them up for more treating opportunities. We recommend one whole freeze-dried Roo piece a day, or you can tear them up too. Avoid feeding more than 4 Lamb Crunch pieces a day.
