Clearing Scratch site cookies on Safari

Open the “Settings” app in your iPhone and tap on “Safari”
Scroll to the bottom and tap on “Advanced”
Tap “Website Data”
Tap “Edit” in the upper right corner, then tap the red (-) minus symbol next to the www.scratchpetfood.com.au website, from followed by the “Delete” button>
Go back to your Scratch login page in Safari, close the tab and re-open the Scratch site.
Login should work for you now

Clearing Scratch site cookies on iOS Chrome

At the bottom right of the Chrome app, tap More and then Settings.
Tap Privacy and then Clear Browsing Data.
Check Cookies, Site Data. Uncheck the other items.
Tap Clear Browsing Data and then Clear Browsing Data.
Tap done, go back to your Scratch login page in Chrome, close the tab and re-open the Scratch site.
Login should work for you now.

To the right of the Chrome address bar, tap More Info Cookies.
Next to the number of cookies in use, tap Delete .
Go back to your Scratch login page in Chrome, close the tab and re-open the Scratch site.
Login should work for you now.

From the top right of Chrome when viewing this account page, click More Settings.
Under "Privacy and security," click Cookies and other site data.
Click See all cookies and site data.
At the top right, search for scratchpetfood.com.au
To the right of the site, click Remove .
Go back to your Scratch login page in Chrome, close the tab and re-open the Scratch site.
Login should work for you now.

From Firefox when viewing this account page, Click the padlock at the left of the www.scratchpetfood.com.au address bar.
Click Clear Cookies and Site data.
Go back to your Scratch login page in Firefox, close the tab and re-open the Scratch site.
Login should work for you now.
