AUWe recently switched to Scratch and it's been great so far. They love it better than the previous premium kibble we used. The delivery and ordering process is super easy and efficient. Both of our Shepherd Bois love it and I love not having to lug a 20kg bag from the car since we go through quite a bit.

AUI have just started my first bag of scratch for my new puppy, Raffles. We started a gradual switch over from the food the breeder was feeding him over the last week.
