We love Scratch!
Pablo loves Scratch and has been really enjoying his food I’ve also had a really good experience with their customer service team. They’ve always been super helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I was never quite sure how much I should be feeding him, so I found their feeding guide really helpful🙂
Harley has been eating Scratch for 4 years, he munches the lot in record time like labradors do.
Probably the best most consistent dry food we ever had. We often mix some chicken or meat in plus treats.
No Customer Service phone service
I have two dogs and subscribed to Lyla for two years. With the financial crisis I shopped around and found Scratch. What Scratch does not offer is real time customer service. A person to talk to, who can guide you with any questions you have about your dog. Scratch only offer you an email. I had Lucy email me a tactless, unprofessional and shocking reply. Great ingredients but don’t waste your time if you want quality customer service!
He eats!
Theo has been a notoriously picky eater and has had tummy troubles essentially since he was about 12 weeks old. He switched to Scratch about a month ago, and he loves it! He has done so well on the kibble and all signs of his tummy troubles are gone! He is excited for meal times and always leaves a clean bowl!
