AUGreat experience!
Smudge loves her new food. I give her part Scratch and part raw and she devours it every meal. I switched to Scratch (non-chicken) as Smudge was having lots of issues with ear infections. So far, so good.

The ordering was easy, as well as the communication with the customer service. They were very helpful and tried to help me with my very very fussy dog. However MY dog although I’ve tried and tried and tried to get him to convert to Scratch he didn’t like it. (Very sad to say!!🙈😥). I know Scratch would have been the BEST food for him to eat. But he doesn’t like it. So back to the drawing board for me. If Scratch maybe comes out with another flavour I’ll try again. Or a different recipe, I know these folks will always be evolving with their recipes or nutritional needs for the pups. So thank you for letting us try your dog food! And again wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product to anyone!
AUNew food? New dog!
My American Labrador pup has always been active but her previous food was making her a little lethargic and less inclined to run around at the park, since we changed over to Scratch she’s got as much energy as our 14 month old puppy! She absolutely loves it and is even more excited for dinner time, I didn’t think that was possible!
AUNo fuss and delicious
My 11 month old pup will turn her nose up dry food. She wasn't supposed to be a picky eater until she was. I didn't need to acclimatise her or tempt her or bribe her or fight with her about why she wasn't eating her food. She took to it immediately. She eats raw food at night and kibble in the morning. She loves it on its own or with peanut butter or with sardines and even with veggies. She has the grain free options and loves, loves, loves it.

Hi Mike, I highly commend you for such an amazing attitude towards all that is involved with your product. Your website is superb and service absolutely tremendous. I so wanted to adore your product, but sadly, our little puppy became rather sensitive to it. We thank you for caring so much and for such a great attitude. Awesome crowd of people with a great outlook on the dog food industry surrounded by dogs… Best place ever.
